Run | Walk Segments
Here we are going to be bringing you different opportunities to experience local challenges at specific locations with specified courses and distances. You can challenge yourself and your friends to these different courses while tracking your improvement over time. We are also going to try and incorporate unique places to experience both local breweries and the natural beauty the area has to offer.
Run Segments at Oak City Brewing Company

Coming soon a dashboard display for run segments only. For now you can view your segments in the current dashboard as you have been. Your distance and other location information will populate automatically as it is preset.
Submit an Outdoor Activity:

Select your name in the drop down menu

Select the date you completed the activity

Input the ZIP Code where the activity was completed

Select the surface
-
Select which most reflects your activity: Run ONLY, Run/Walk, Walk ONLY, Hike, or Ruck

Select how you tracked your activity
-
Input your mileage
-
Input your total moving time HH:MM:SS

Notice that Hours are listed first, Minutes are next, and Seconds are last

After you submit your run check the Dashboard Above to see your inputs
FAQ: DO TREADMILL RUNS COUNT?
Answer: That is a fantastic question! While treadmills are a great tool to stay moving and improve outdoor running capabilities, this running program is geared towards movement in the outdoor space with all it's elements and challenges. In order to stay consistent with our other outdoor challenges, for now, this running program will only include tracking runs, walks, hikes, or rucks that take place outdoors.
If you made a mistake, you can delete the ACTIVITY, then re-submit the correct information as you normally would with the above 'Submit an Activity' button.
Delete an Activity:

Click 'Delete an Activity' button below

Find the activity you wish to delete

They are in order of date submitted or Timestamp, Column B

Most recent at the bottom

In the yellow column, next to the activity you wish to delete, enter your Initials and the LAST THREE DIGITS of your Phone Number

Example: For me I would enter CG058

If done correctly the entire row will turn red

Do not edit any other columns
-
Do not edit any one else's information but your own

Refresh the Dashboard shown above to see the changes

If the row is red it should be removed. If it does not come off of the dashboard within an hour, and multiple refreshes email claytonglandt@otbfitness.co
